Welcome to Have A Heart Community Trust

We are an established Community Trust dedicated to assisting individuals and families on the East End of Long Island achieve sustainable independence. We achieve this by partnering with select local charities, community based initiatives and social service programs in order to provide the financial resources for ‘life necessities’ for our neighbors in times of crisis. These consist of shelter, medical services, medical supplies, and direct emergency relief. Consequently, our gracious and deserving recipients are able to remain independent members of their supportive and nurturing communities.
